FAQs

The Wedding Website of Erin Ryan and Bryan Bagdziunas
Question

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the closest and easiest option. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is also an option, but it’s about a 1.5-hour drive to the hotel associated with our room blocks.

Question

Can I bring a plus one / my kids?

Answer

We are only allowing adults at this time, so unfortunately kids will not be invited. If you did not receive a plus one when you received our RSVP, you do not get a plus one at our wedding!

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation from the hotel to the venue and back. The bus will leave the hotel at 3:30 PM and return guests to the same hotel after the reception. If you’re staying elsewhere, you’re welcome to take the bus back to the hotel and then Uber or arrange a designated driver from there.

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car is the easiest option for getting around, especially if you plan to explore the area. Ubers are available, but pricing can vary and may be more expensive depending on the time of day and demand.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so we can start on time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire / semi-formal. We recommend keeping Florida weather in mind and choosing something comfortable, breathable, and even bringing a light jacket for the nighttime.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Crane Club in Port St. Lucie.

Question

What should I do in the area if I’m coming early or staying late?

Answer

We’ve added a “Things to Do” section on our website with some of our favorite food spots, beaches, and fun local activities!

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes—cocktail hour, dinner, and drinks will be provided at the reception. Come hungry, thirsty and ready to celebrate!

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Is the rehearsal dinner open to all guests?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will be for immediate family and the wedding party.

Question

What if I have other questions?
