You can drive or there are a few ferry route options.
We recommend that guests arrive in Kitsap county or Port Orchard area 1 hour before the ceremony begins (2:45), to ensure everyone is on time and we can proceed as scheduled. Please arrive at Cedar Springs at 3:45pm during the welcome event. Summer wedding weekend traffic is to be expected.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire (cocktail dresses, sports coat, suit and tie).
Any cocktail attire is fine but if you would like to wear our wedding colors we have a focus on blush and sage.
Both will be held outside. Dinner and dancing will be covered.
On August 12, the temperature in Port Orchard typically high 70's°F to low 80's°F.
We will be having a reception to follow with a cocktail hour before dinner and dancing.
Yes, we will be providing cocktails and appetizers. Our venue has a 2 hour window to serve signature cocktails and then we will be serving beer, wine, seltzer, cider and refreshments. Dinner to follow: Wild caught grilled salmon with watermelon gremolata and provolone and asparagus stuffed chicken with creamy béarnaise. Entrees will be accompanied by fresh summer salad, seasonal green beans, creamy garlic and herb mashed potatoes and artisan rolls.

Yes, Parking is available for all guests and there will be a parking attendant.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag us and each photo with our wedding hashtag #PromotedToProctor so we can keep track of all of our pictures.
We have our venue available till 10pm. Last call is at 9:30pm. Music turns off at 9:45pm.
We recommend going through Airbnb but also have suggestions for 2 nearby hotels (less then 20 minutes away) please refer to our "Travel" section on this website.
Hotel blocks have not been reserved. We encourage guests to seek accommodations based on their needs.
We are reviewing available options, but at this time, transportation will not be provided.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
