Vila Bled
Book a room at our venue, Vila Beld. While there are many other hotels in Lake Bled you can choose to stay at, lodging at our venue will provide an ease and comfort to your weekend and keep you in close proximity for all of the events. To book your rooms, email recepcija-vb@brdo.si and write that you are coming to the Sloot Wedding on September 13th, 2025; They will book you a room for the weekend. We recommend booking the 12th-14th to attend all events.

Flight to Ljubljana
Fly into the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana. We recommend spending time here if your trip allows it.
Travel Note
Bus to Bled
Take a bus from Ljubljana’s bus station (Avtobusna Postaja) to Bled Central Bus Station. The bus ride is an hour and cost between €5 - €10. Vila Bled is a 10 minute bus ride from the station.
Train
Train to Bled
From Ljubljana, take a 45 minute train ride to Lesce for about €5. From Lesce, you will take a 10 minute shuttle to Bled. Shuttles leave every 10 minutes and cost about €2. Click the link below to book your train tickets. Bus tickets you can purchase on location.

Flights out of Trieste
If you’re not finding direct flights in or out of Ljubljana at your desired time, look into flying in or out of Trieste, Italy. Slovenia taxes local flights at a higher rate so people often utilize the Trieste airport instead. It’s about an hour bus ride to/ from Ljubljana. They have more frequent direct flights to a wider selection of locations.
