Ellicottville is a charming ski town and a popular destination year-round, so there are plenty of Airbnb and Vrbo rentals available—many within walking distance to the village and just a short drive from the resort and wedding venue. Please note that ride share services, such as Uber and Lyft, are extremely limited in town.

Shuttle

🚐 The Yodeler Express — Before the Wedding

September 26, 2026 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

To help everyone get to and from the venue safely and easily, we’ve arranged a shuttle service operating within a 5-mile radius of Holiday Valley, covering practically all of Ellicottville. The shuttle will run for several hours prior to the wedding and will include continuous pickups and drop-offs to the venue. Since we’re creating a master route schedule ahead of time, we ask that guests submit their pickup location and preferred pickup time to either Ryan or Tony in advance. The wedding party will be taking the shuttle earlier in the day, so that timing should not interfere with guest transportation. Once we gather everyone’s requests, we’ll coordinate the smoothest pickup schedule possible!

🍸 The Yodeler Express — After the Wedding

The shuttle will continue running after the wedding for guests staying within a 5-mile radius of the venue. Whether you’re heading back to your hotel, continuing the celebration downtown, or joining the cousins for an Ellicottville bar crawl, the shuttle will be available throughout the evening. To help us plan routes and end-of-night drop-offs, please send us the address of where you’ll be staying. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please during shuttle hours. Safety first, fuzzy memories second.
