Getting there
We recommend booking your flight to either Madrid or Barcelona and then taking the train directly to San Sebastián via the Renfe Train Service. Note that San Sebastián is also referred to as Donostia. Renfe makes its train tickets available for purchase online around 60 days in advance, so they should go on sale by early July at renfe.com. One-way tickets usually cost around 20-30 euros from either Barcelona or Madrid. Alternatively, you can fly into the San Sebastián Airport (EAS) or Bilboa Airport (BIO) directly and taxi to your final destination in San Sebastián, but flying into these airports from the U.S. can have some high airfare costs. You can also find direct flights into EAS and BIO from most major European cities if you're interested in a connecting flight or in making other stops before or after!

Hotel Mercure Monte Igueldo
This is the hotel where the reception will take place on Saturday evening. Rooms are on hold for €175/night per room for all guests to stay in individual or two-person rooms (tax included). The hotel has a unique mountaintop location and fun views, and it should make for a memorable hotel stay. Please note however that the hotel is a ~15-minute taxi ride from downtown and those wishing to book using the €175/night discount must contact banquetes@monteigueldo.com to reserve their room. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly with the nights you would like to stay, letting them know you will be guests of the Price/Avila wedding.
