The Westin Cleveland Downtown

We have room block at The Westin Hotel in Downtown Cleveland where the wedding will be taking place. The price is approximately $169 per night. To get the discounted rate, please make your reservation no later than May 3rd, 2024. If you make your reservation after May 3rd, you may be able to reserve a room at the hotel, but it is not a guarantee that you will be able to receive a discounted rate on your room. Please let us know if you have any difficulty making your reservation and/or accessing the discount and we will be happy to help! If you decide to come early or stay late, the discounted rate can be utilized for the following dates: Tuesday June 4th, Wednesday June 5th, Thursday June 6th, Friday June 7th, Saturday June 8th, Sunday June 9th, and Monday June 10th. Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

We are so grateful that so many of you will be joining us for the celebration in June. At this time, there are no more rooms available at The Westin. We have secured a secondary room block at The Marriott Downtown, which is just a short walk away from the festivities. We are working with The Westin Cleveland Downtown to hopefully secure more rooms there, but in the meantime, please feel free to reserve a room within our room block at the Marriott Downtown. If we are able to secure more rooms at The Westin Cleveland Downtown and you'd prefer to stay there, we will let you know if/when more rooms become available at The Westin and can assist you in transferring your reservation from the Marriott to the Westin free of charge. In order to secure a room at the Hilton for a refundable rate, you must make your reservation by May 16th. The discounted rate for the Marriott Downtown is $299 per night. If you reserve a room at the Marriott within our room block there, it will be fully refundable. Should any additional rooms become available at The Westin, we will let you know as soon as possible. Additional Travel Information

Additional Options for Lodging: There are several other hotels close by to the Westin; however, most will likely be more expensive than the hotel rooms that are within our room rate at The Westin as they've provided a large discount. You can also check out Air BnB's in the area if you'd prefer that option. Please let us know if you have any questions about additional hotels and lodging options. Additional Airport Options: The Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Columbus airports are each only about 1.5-2 hours away. If you don't mind the additional drive, feel free to check out those airports for potentially cheaper flights. Transportation Options in Cleveland: You can take Uber/Lyft/Taxis, the RTA Rapid Transit (the above ground subway system for greater Cleveland), and RTA Buses (bus system for greater Cleveland) to get around. You can get rental cars at the airport and in locations in and around the city. You can even rent an electric scooter or bike to tour around the city if you're feeling adventurous. All wedding events will be taking place in the same building (with the exception of the Rehearsal Dinner), so you might not need to get a rental car unless you are planning on doing lots of touring and sight seeing around the northeast Ohio area. If you would like any recommendations regarding transportation and determining whether it will be worth it for you to get a rental car or not for the weekend depending on what you have planned, we are happy to help you with that!
