How did you meet?
Answer
Unlike most couple in the modern era, we met in real life! Ryan T. was performing in a sketch comedy show at The Cornservatory. Ryan S. was in the audience. After the show, their friends introduced them to each other. After the classic, "Wow we have the same name!" conversation subsided, we kept talking the entire night...and haven't stopped yapping since.

What should we wear?

The house is a 1909 Prairie Style mansion, renovated in the 1920s; it's a perfect mix of vintage American styles, and we encourage you to let this inspire your outfit choices! Think of it as "garden party chic."

What's the best way to get to the venue?
Answer
Colvin House is located at 5940 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago, IL 60660. The easiest and cheapest way to get to the venue is by the CTA, Chicago's transit system. The Thorndale stop on the Red Line is two blocks west of the house. The 136, 147, and 151 busses also stop directly in front of the house, on Sheridan Road. We highly encourage you to use transit to reach Colvin! You could also take an Uber or Lyft. Ask to be dropped off on the Thorndale side of the house.

Answer
Okay okay so you drove! Here are options for our car lovers: There is free street parking on: W Glenlake Ave N Kenmore Ave W Admore Ave PLEASE double check to make sure streets are still free before parking on them. There is paid parking on: Thorndale, 1.5 blocks west Broadway, 2.5 blocks west Other options include apps such as: SpotHero: Allows you to book a spot in advance, most likely cheapest option SpotAngels: Allows you to visually see where free street parking is Near Colvin, the Malibu Condos lot (6007 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago, IL, 60660) offers valet parking. (Around $20).

Are children invited to the wedding?

Unless we have specifically asked your child to be a part of our ceremony, we ask that you please leave the kids at home.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We want you to be able to eat and drink and make as much merry as possible the whole evening. To that end, if you have any allergies, please let us know and we will do what we can do accomdate you.

Answer
Well, considering one of us is 6'5", it's fairly simple. Our friends also employ nicknames such as Tall Ryan, Summer Ryan, Ryan T., Ryan S., or Nice Ryan.

Will Kentucky be at the wedding?
Answer
Kentucky the Cat will be very busy guarding our apartment while we are out all weekend, so he unfortunately will not be in attendance. He does, however, send all his love and screams to his papas.
