How should I get to DC?

Answer

Planes, trains, and automobiles. Fly into either DCA, BWI, or IAD. DCA is a stop on the metro. BWI has a shuttle to get you into the city. IAD has a shuttle to the metro. The train will take you to Union Station, which is a stop on the Red Line. Buses from different locations on the East Coast are also a great (and cheap) option! If you are driving, beware of your arrival time, as DC traffic is some of the worst in the country. Try to avoid arriving between 3 and 7 if you are coming by bus or car.

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are tons of hotels in DC proper and it's surrounding areas. Our venue is located just north of the city, in Chevy Chase, Maryland, right in between Silver Spring and Bethesda. We've secured room blocks at two hotels in downtown Silver Spring. Please see the travel page for the link!
