Leavenworth is a charming Bavarian-style mountain town filled with things to explore: The Nutcracker Museum (yes, it’s real), the Leavenworth Alpine Coaster, the reindeer farm, cozy restaurants, beer gardens, local shops, bakeries, Orion White Water Rafting, and mountain views everywhere you look. Looking for a bigger adventure? The Enchantments are one of Washington's most iconic hiking destinations, known for breathtaking alpine scenery. Just keep in mind that it's a strenuous hike, and parking can fill up quickly.
North Cascades National Park
