Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at Hope Barn and Gardens: 26525 N 19th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85085

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will have a 14 person shuttle pickup at Hampton Inn & Suites: 2550 W Charlotte Ave starting at 3:20PM. The shuttle will be going back and fourth as many times as needed up until 4:20PM. If you decide to drive yourself, there will be plenty onsite parking. Many Ubers/Lyft's available in this area as well!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved blocks of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix North/Happy Valley. Hotel block is under: Theis & Mahon wedding. However there are multiple other hotels next-door that we don't have reserved rooms at. What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal and appropriate for the weather. The weather in March is typically warm and sunny during the day, but cool during the evening. Average high is near 79-82 degrees and lows around 50-55 degrees. Typically low chance of rain.

As much as we love your children we are unable to extend this invitation to them due to budget and space constraints.

Ceremony: 4:30pm - 5pm Cocktail hour: 5pm - 6pm Dinner and reception to follow: 6pm - 10pm

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?

Yes it’s ok to post on social media, we just ask you keep your phones away during the ceremony.

Will our wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony followed by cocktail hour will be outdoors. Our reception will move indoors around 6pm

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Bbq! Our caterer is Butcher Block. They will do their best to accommodate specific dietary restrictions and allergies.
