The very first time we met was at Dynamite Beer Company in Cave Creek, Arizona, where Ryan happened to be Lizzy’s bartender. Nothing came of it at the time, but fate clearly had other plans. Months later, both of us found ourselves in Wisconsin on the very same weekend — Ryan visiting family in Madison and Lizzy home for a friend’s wedding. By pure chance, we nearly collided at the Milwaukee airport! We exchanged a quick look and went our separate ways, never imagining that moment would soon mean so much. The next time Lizzy stopped into Dynamite, she worked up the courage to ask Ryan if he had been in Wisconsin. When he said yes, a spark was lit. Not long after, Lizzy passed her number along through one of Ryan’s coworkers, and the rest is history. A few texts turned into endless conversations, and from that point on, we’ve been nearly inseparable. Since then, we’ve built a life full of love and adventure — moving in together, blending our fur babies (Taz and Frankie), adopting our sweet pup Queso, getting engaged, and now, preparing to say “I do.” We are beyond grateful for the winding, serendipitous path that brought us together, and we cannot wait to celebrate our wedding day surrounded by all of you who have been such an important part of our story.
