DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Melbourne Beach Oceanfront

This is where our block of rooms will be reserved at a discounted rate ($154/night, all rooms are ocean front). Enter the code PDR under "special rates- group code” when making the reservation online. The discounted rate is good for Wednesday through Sunday of that week. There is a two night minimum for that rate. It is also the bus pick-up/drop-off location for the wedding and the location for the farewell brunch.

Shuttle

Shuttle to the wedding and back

November 19, 2021 2:15 pm - 9:00 pm

A shuttle will pick up from the DoubleTree, take you over to the mainland for the wedding, and will bring you back at the end of the night. Please let us know if you plan on taking the shuttle when you RSVP so we can be sure to save you a seat. Please know that it will likely be tough to get an Uber or Lyft from the venue at the end of the night, so even if you aren’t staying at the hotel we recommend taking the shuttle. It will be easier to get a ride from the Double Tree at the end of the night.

AirBNB and VRBO

If you're planning to rent a house through AirBnB or VRBO, we recommend sticking with Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, or Indialantic since that will keep you close by for the weekends' events.
