We'd love to welcome you to town! Stop by open house style for drinks, appetizers, and good company. The venue offers a shuttle that will pick up from the Double Tree or any Airbnb that is within 3 miles of the venue. You can schedule a ride within 48 hours of your pick up time by texting 321-536-3972. Please include your name, the pickup location, number of people in the party, a phone number they can call you at, and the time you'd like to be picked up. They can take you back to the hotel or Airbnb when you'd like to head out. The Double Tree also offers a shuttle to and from the venue, pending availability. You can request a ride at the front desk. Parking is extremely limited at the venue. If the lot is full, you can park at Bicentennial Beach Park just north of the building. Please do not park in the empty lot across A1A from the venue, the lot owner does tow cars.

Ceremony and Reception

3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

The bus will pick up from the DoubleTree Melbourne Beach Oceanfront at 2:15pm. Don't be tardy for the party! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, the reception is inside with air conditioning. Please note that this is an adults-only event.

Farewell Brunch

9:30 am - 12:00 pm
