They of course, have wonderful hiking trails here! Please enjoy the surrounding area! If the weather is kind to us, we hope to go on a short hike on Saturday morning and hope that anyone who stays at the hotel would join us!
Buffalo Rock State Park

This was once an old Indian site and has some cool trails along with a couple cute Buffalos to see! This is great for something to do before you leave!
Matthiessen State Park

Another great area to do some hiking that is right down the road from Starved Rock. If it has rained recently, they will have some great waterfall views to see!
