Our story began like so many other did, we met through a mutual acquaintance at a bowling night get together. While here, we connected very quickly and through our mutual love of history (yes, we are nerds!). Over the next couple of years, we would run into each other occasionally until, in 2015, we reconnected over a dating app and decided to give dating a try (As you all can see, it apparently worked!). We officially started dating on October 11th, 2015 (thanks Emily & Mike for giving us a date to remember!) Over the next 10 years we have grown together and have created a lot of memories. Our book collection has grown to right under 1000 books (we are trying to reach over 1000 because we can then legally call our house a library!) and we have traveled as much as we can together. We have been to Door County, Portland Maine, Boston, Breckenridge Colorado, Sleeping Bear Dunes, New York (we got to see a baby elephant here!), and France (we were here for 2 weeks so we were able to travel through this country) where I proposed to him on the island of Corsica. We plan to travel to Germany this year for our honeymoon and be able to experience Oktoberfest! Through all our experiences together we have been able to nerd out together (including Kevin humoring and enduring the many Lord of the Rings conversations) and experience new memories together we are happy to finally be celebrating with our wedding with all of you and to be able to start this new chapter together!
