What time will we need to arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 10:15 am, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress in your garden party best! Dresses, suit, and separates in rich colors and layers will be perfect. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The venue is mostly outdoors with limited indoor space. It's located in Denver, CO where the weather in fall can be tricky. It can be sunny and warm or brisk and chilly. Please plan accordingly and bring layers for changing outdoor conditions.

Is there a smoking area?
Answer
There is no designated smoking area at our venue. As a living garden, smoking or vaping of any kind including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana products are strictly prohibited. To ensure that we are able to celebrate without disruption, anyone found smoking or vaping will be asked to leave, and it may result in the loss of the venue for the remainder of the event. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space at our venue, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We truly wish we could include everyone on this day and appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we adore your little ones, due to limited space and venue guidelines, we're unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We hope you understand, and we truly can't wait celebrate with them at a future time!

What if I can't make it?
Answer
We'll miss you dearly, but we completely understand that travel isn't always possible for everyone. We're planning a celebration in Wichita, KS at a later date that will allow us to include even more of our loved ones and friends. We can't wait to celebrate with you then!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We've reserved a hotel block at a nearby hotel for your convenience-details are in the Travel Tab. Please make reservations before September. Please know that the rooms are at your own cost. You're welcome to choose other accommodation elsewhere if you prefer.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We've worked closely with our caterer to ensure that guests with known allergies are accommodated. Our food menu will be an amazing brunch with many options for all guests. Please let us know if there are any severe dietary needs when you RSVP.

How do I get there and where do I park?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at Denver Botanic Gardens, located at: 1007 York Street, Denver, CO 80206 Directions: From downtown Denver, head east on Colfax Avenue. Turn right (south) onto York Street, and the gardens will be just ahead on your left. Parking: A public parking garage is located directly across from the main entrance on York Street. There are multiple levels to park. Street parking is also available in the surrounding neighborhood but can be limited. Please allow a little extra time to find a spot if needed. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony location.
