While Grand Junction Regional Airport is a smaller airport that may have slightly higher ticket prices, we recommend two convenient alternative options: Denver International Airport • 4.5-hour drive to Grand Junction Salt Lake City International Airport (Utah) • 4.5-hour drive to Grand Junction Please note that we've researched these options to help provide you with the most useful travel information, though we do not have specific flight coupons available.
Navigating the mountain routes to Grand Junction requires careful attention and a relaxed approach. While driving, be mindful of potential wildlife crossing the roadways, including deer, elk, moose, and bears. Although heavy snowfall is unlikely, you may encounter occasional flurries or rain, and winds can be challenging for high-profile vehicles. Drive at a pace that ensures your comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Unfortunately we don’t have any blocks for hotels. Please book a room with a hotel you’re most comfortable with.
In August, Grand Junction experiences intense desert heat with temperatures ranging from 64° to 100°. While occasional rain is possible, expect predominantly hot and dry conditions. Wind speeds can vary from calm to 22 mph. We recommend bringing sunscreen, lip balm, and staying hydrated. Water bottles will be provided, but feel free to bring additional beverages or electrolyte supplements to keep cool and comfortable.

Parking is free on weekends after 4pm, but we suggest having a few dollars on hand just in case. For added convenience, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available to transport you to the venue. If you'd like a copy of the parking map, please contact us at (970-260-7732). The entrance is on the south of Main on the 5th street side of the building, a black overhang is above the black gate to the entrance door.
