When Can I Check in / Check out

You are more than welcome to check in at @3:00pm on Saturday, 27/11/2026, and check out is at @2:00pm on Sunday, 29/11/2026.

Can I book 1 night accomdation on site

Unfortunately, you can not, we have booked the whole property for the weekend due to this you will need to pay for the two nights' accommodation. You are more than welcome to come for only one night, but you'll need to pay for two to secure that room !

What do I need to bring

Just yourself, clothes, and bathroom essentials, all linen, towels, food and drink will be provided, just pack like you're going away to a fancy bush hotel for the weekend !

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult-only weekend. Book the baby sitters, As much as we adore your tiny humans, this weekend is strictly adults only—no little ones allowed! So, book the babysitters, rally the family, and get ready for a weekend of relaxation and fun with our fabulous grown-up friends. Think of it as a kids-free zone—unless your kids can book their own babysitters!family and enjoy a relaxing fun filled weekend with our families and friends

Can I bring Pets

No unfortunately you cannot its not like our normal camping weekenda away, as much as we love your four legged pals they will need to stay home for this weekend

What is the dress code

Friday: Casual ! we want you to relax and enjoy the venue in the bush oodies are welcome ! Saturday morning: Same code as friday, dress as you please Saturday Evening: It's time to get the love birds hitched ! Formal / Cocktail attire is required Sunday: If you can get dressed wear what you please, Clothes would be preferable

If I have food allergies who do I inform

Please let us know as soon as possible. We will be responsible for most of the food over the weekend, plus some vendors so we will also need to notify them. No request is to hard! We want you to enjoy yourself as much as we do

Can I bring my own Camera
Answer
Of course you can ! we just request you don't take photos of the locations being used the day of the wedding and not to post anything until after the weekend. We alos request that no cameras are used the day of the wedding we have paid professionals to do that for us and we want you to enjoy our day with your own eyes not through a camera lens !

Can I Choose my own Cabin

No, when you book it will then come through to the bride and groom and they will allocate you into cabins
