The Hoxton, Williamsburg

The Hoxton is the primary hotel, where most of the wedding party will be staying. But please feel free to make other accommodations if more convenient for you! The Hoxton is about a 7 minute walk from the wedding venue, and there will also be a shuttle bus providing service from The Hoxton to Dobbin St beginning at 5:15pm on Saturday and return service back to The Hoxton at the end of the evening. We have a 10% discount code and a room block reserved for this hotel. Please note that reservations are pre-paid and nonrefundable. *UPDATE* If you previously booked a room at the Hoxton for the weekend of May 23, 2020 (or August 15, 2020 or May 1, 2021), you will be able to change your reservation to the new wedding weekend without any fee. Please send an email to hello.williamsburg@thehox.com to modify your reservation. If you have not yet booked, you will be able to do so on the hotel website and using the discount code HITCHED622.

The Box House Hotel

This is an alternative hotel option that is a short car ride or 20-ish minute walk away from the wedding venue. When booking on their website, please be sure to put "McCarthy/Wagner Wedding" and the folio number in the Request/Remark section so that you can be added to the block and have the discount applied. You will initially book at the standard rate, but the discounted rate will be reflected in your confirmation email.
