We are so excited to celebrate our special day with all of you, and we hope that you can join us in Montana. It is truly our favorite place and we cannot wait to share it with those who mean the most to us. We know that traveling for a destination wedding comes with it's own set of challenges - whether it's the cost of flights, booking accommodations, or arranging rental cars - and we completely understand if it isn't possible for everyone to make the journey. Please know that we would love nothing more than to have you there with us, but we also want to make sure you feel no pressure. Whether you can attend or not, your love and support mean the world to us, and we are grateful to have you in our lives. If you are able to join us, we can't wait to celebrate together. Are children invited?
Answer
To allow everyone to fully enjoy the evening, we kindly request that only adults attend our wedding. We understand that leaving the little ones at home while you travel across the country may be difficult, and there may be a desire to make a family vacation out of this trip. If that is the case, we suggest reaching out to Field To Forest to arrange babysitting accommodations for the wedding day. https://field2forest.com

What should I wear?
Answer
We'd love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire for our wedding day. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a formal cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal. Flat heels would be best for the lawn during the ceremony!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather pending. The reception will be indoors, with the dance floor being outdoors.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.

Why a Thursday Wedding?
Answer
We decided on a Thursday wedding so guests could take the rest of the weekend to enjoy what Montana has to offer.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we will be hosting a Welcome Party at The Shoe in Polson on Wednesday, 7/8. We will also be hosting a day after BBQ at our Airbnb on Flathead Lake on Friday, 7/10.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will be transporting guests from the Kwatuqnuk Resort in Polson, beginning at 3:45pm. The shuttle will be returning guests back to the Kwatuqnuk Resort beginning at 10:30pm, with the last shuttle departing at 11:00pm. There is some parking at the venue, however we encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttles if they will be drinking. We want all guests to arrive and leave safely!

We encourage guests to reserve a rental car in Missoula as Uber's near Flathead Lake are hard to come by.

The weather in Montana in July is typically mid 80's during the day, and 50's at night. Pack accordingly!
