When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you’ve done your happy dance—but definitely no later than August 16th! We’re wrangling chairs, meals, and marshmallows, and your timely reply helps us make sure everyone has a cozy seat and a full plate under the stars.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think dressy casual with a mountain twist. We kindly ask you to skip the sweatshirts and slides—but no need for black tie! Sundresses, nice pants, button-downs, and boots that can handle a gravel path are all fair game. And don’t forget a cozy layer—once the sun dips behind the peaks, it’s chillier… but we plan to keep the dance floor warm!

Can I bring a date?

We love love—but due to space and planning, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation (and specifically invited with a plus one) join us for the celebration. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The mountains may be timeless, but we’re not! Please plan for about 45 minutes of drive time from Butte, or at least 30 minutes if you’re coming from the interstate (from the west). We’d love all guests to be parked, hugged, and seated by 3:45 PM sharp so we can start the celebration right on time!

Absolutely—if they’re listed on the invitation, we can’t wait to see their smiling faces! If you’re hoping to bring additional little ones, please reach out and check in with us first. We want to make sure we’ve got enough snacks, seats, and space for everyone to enjoy.
