Shuttle Info: A shuttle is available from The Copper King Hotel to the Lodge at 3pm and makes two trips back from the Lodge at 7:30pm and 10:45pm. Please Note: We just found out that the venue does NOT have the ability process cards, so the cash bar will require physical cash! Driving Directions: Please do NOT rely on GPS or map apps to get to The Lodge From I-90, Homestake Pass Exit 233: After taking Exit 233 off I-90, head to the south side of the interstate and turn onto FS240 (Forest Service Road 240). -From Butte, FS240 is straight off the exit ramp. -From Bozeman, turn right off the ramp, cross the overpass, then left onto FS240. Very Important: Do NOT head toward Homestake Lake, Campground, or Lake Delmoe. As you start on FS 240, you'll see a sign that reads: "Homestake Lodge – 3 miles." Follow FS 240 for exactly 3 miles, then look for a driveway on your right with another Homestake Lodge sign.

What to Bring: The mountains are beautiful—but they do have their own personality! Here are a few things to help you stay comfortable and enjoy the weekend to the fullest: 🧥 Layers & Warm Clothing Early fall evenings can get chilly. A shawl, sweater, or jacket will help keep you cozy once the sun goes down. 👟 Practical Footwear The ceremony and reception are outdoors—grassy, gravel, and possibly uneven ground. Dressy boots, flats, or block heels are great options. Just make sure they’re comfortable enough to dance the night away! 🧴 Sunscreen & Sunglasses We’re at elevation! A little sun protection goes a long way during the day. 🪑 Optional: Picnic Blanket or Camp Chair There will be plenty of seating, but if you'd like to wander during the evening, a cozy layer or chair is nice to have. 🎉 Your Celebration Spirit! We’re so excited to celebrate with you in the fresh mountain air. Come ready to relax, raise a glass, and soak it all in.

Dinner & Drinks 🍷 A cash bar will be available for beer and wine, starting at 4:30 pm, and all non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary. The venue is unable to process cards as payment so physical cash will be required. Sorry for the inconvenience!! Drinks will be a max of 4$. Our dinner reception will feature classic Montana favorites from the Triangle Lazy J BBQ Company out of Helena, MT—so come hungry! 🥩 Smoked and savory, this meal will be hearty, homegrown, and delicious. Come ready to raise a glass, enjoy good food, and celebrate under the stars with us. Main entree - BBQ Beef Brisket and Chicken Breast Sides - Baked Beans, Red Potatoes with herb butter, and Mac n' Cheese Served with a dinner roll, butter and garden salad
