Location: 1 Crater Rim Drive, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, HI 96718 Friday May 2nd will be the check in day for all of our guest rooms at the Volcano House. Upon arrival let the front desk know that you are checking in for the Turner wedding. *Reminder that room fees will be due on November 1st 2024 so room rate will be taken care of ahead of time. Check in: The check-in time is 3:00 pm. The Volcano House front desk operates 24 hours a day. Park Entrance Fee – All visitors are required to pay the Hawaii National Park Entrance Fee as follows: $30.00 per vehicle. Entrance fee is good for seven (7) consecutive days. This fee is not included in the room rate. Parking: Parking is available in front of the hotel and is limited. Additional parking is available at the park visitor center at no additional charge.

First Look
7:30 am - 8:00 am
The bride and the groom will be doing a private first look within the greens out front the Volcano House Lodge before the ceremony. This is a private ceremony with only the bride, groom, photographer, and videographer. Please respect the bride and groom during this time.
Transportation
8:00 am - 8:15 am
Please be ready to depart for the ceremony location by 8 AM on Sunday May 4th. We highly encourage car-pooling to the ceremony.
Ceremonials
9:00 am - 9:45 am
Chain of Craters Road, Pāhoa, HI 96778
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and walking is required. Please wear the proper footwear. A light sweater might be needed for the sea-breeze. This will be a standing only event with some walking required so please plan accordingly with attire.
The ceremony will take place in a grove of palm trees about a 0.5 mile hike from the parking area at the end of Chain of Craters Rd within the National Park. The drive from the Lodge to the end of the road takes about 30-45mins. There is parking and restrooms at the turnaround. The groomsmen will be guiding guests to the correct area. Additionally, since the ceremony is taking place within the National Park there will be no structures, no littering, and no private areas. The National Park is open to the public and we do not have the right to a private area, that being said we are trying to get away from the public by adding a bit of a walk to the ceremony location. Please join us after we exchange our vows for a brunch at Uncle George's Lounge located inside the Volcano House Lodge.

Check Out Volcano House

Check-out time is no later than 12:00 pm (noon). The Volcano House front desk operates 24 hours a day.
Airbnb Stay

We plan on reserving a large Airbnb on the Kona side of the island following our wedding stay at Volcano House. We would love to have our family and friends extend their vacation with us. If you are interested in staying at the Airbnb with us for the following days (Monday 5th-Wednesday 7th), please let Holly or Ryan know so we can book a house, or houses, fitting for all of our guests. *Airbnb fees will be separate from Volcano House Lodge fees and will be calculated when we have the head count for Airbnb guests.
