This pre-railroad era, Sonoran-style house -- said to have been a stagecoach stop for travelers en route to the Presidio -- has been re-imagined into a seven-room, luxury boutique inn. Built in 1875, and expanded over the years, our Tucson bed and breakfast features 22-inch thick adobe walls and 18-foot ceilings adorned with saguaro rib and wooden vigas. Its zaguan-style entryway continues to welcome weary travelers, whether arriving by stagecoach, Uber, or the modern streetcar. You will be steps from some of the best restaurants and museums the city has to offer; the modern streetcar linking Downtown, Fourth Avenue, and the University of Arizona; and “the Loop,” a 131-mile system of paved trails for walking, running, or bicycling around Tucson. All rooms feature a thoughtful mix of vintage and custom furniture, private baths, plush bedding, complimentary WiFi, flat screen televisions with premium channels, and luxurious extras.
