What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our guests in their formal attire! For men - a suit coat and dress pants (no jeans) with a tie and dress shoes is perfect! For women - a full length dress, and elegant midi dress or, if preferred, a dressy jumpsuit/pantsuit. (Please refrain from wearing white!) *please note the wedding and reception will be outside and in the grass

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue. Cars can be left overnight if needed but should be picked up by 9 AM on Friday, August 7th. Uber and Lyft will drop off and pick up at the venue, too!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Where to Stay page on our website for recommendations. There are also many fabulous Airbnb and VRBO options in Bozeman and surrounding areas. Belgrade, Gallatin Gateway, Four Corners and Livingston are all great locations a little outside of Bozeman.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for everyone to join us at Montana Ale Works on Wednesday, August 5th for drinks and late night bites for chance to catch up with and say hi to everyone before the wedding on Thursday! Please see the schedule page on our website for details including the time and address of this event. A full list of all wedding events with details will be found here, too.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be moved indoors to the barn if weather does not permit.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the Ceremony. We have a professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please complete your RSVP by July 1st, 2026 so we can finalize seating, catering, and other arrangements with our vendors. We appreciate it so much and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
