Maid of Honor
Gisenia and I met in elementary school. We started as nemeses, but really, it was because we were just too similar. Now, after nearly 20 years of friendship, she continues to be the Yin to my Yang. Throughout all the years of school, heartbreaks, and even being college roommates, she has stood by my side at every milestone. We have been through it all, but out of all these memories, nothing will beat having her by my side for our wedding day.
Best Man
PJ and I technically met each other when we were 10; however, we became close friends when we started college together. Living together for 3 years during college, we understand each other on a deep level. PJ also acted as the ultimate wingman the night that Arlet and I first sparked our romance. There is nobody else I’d rather have anchoring my lineup as my best man.

Marie and I started working at our firm at the same time, except it was COVID, and she was permanently working from home. During my first week, I called her to check in, as I imagined that isolation was not all that great; however, it turns out she never really wanted to work in the office. Despite her working from home, we became best friends. She and her husband are practically co-owners of our house due to the number of hours they have spent helping us. No amount of thank-yous will ever express our gratitude to both of them.
Groomsman
A truer friend doesn’t exist than DJ. The most loyal guy that I know, he is down for anything, from spending a day hurricane prepping our home while we were out of town to much-needed guy time hiking and grilling in the woods. DJ always has my back, and I know without a doubt I can count on him to always be in my corner. I’m grateful to have him standing up there with me on our special day.
Bridesmaid
Barby and I have actually known each other since high school, but funny enough, we weren't friends back then. However, when it was time to move away for college, life had the perfect plan and placed us together as roommates. From the countless late nights studying at Library West, to surviving on pure caffeine, and other late-night adventures, these moments have bonded us together for life. I am so incredibly grateful to share yet another major milestone together, and I truly cannot wait to have her by my side.
Groomsman
I have known Lau since we were kids swimming together, but our friendship really locked in during high school. We stayed close through college over a shared love of working out and lifting heavy weights, a bond that grew even stronger when we practically lived in his basement training together every night during COVID. I am certain I didn’t coin the term “Manimal”, but I know I’m the only one who has used it properly because I refer to him. I’m incredibly proud of the man he is and so grateful to have him as a groomsman on the big day.
Bridesmaid
Corinna and I met at our firm; she was one of the first people to make Tampa feel like home. Not only did we work at the same place, but we also lived in the same apartment complex. I clearly remember a night when she called me over to help her kill a cockroach. I guess those are nonexistent in the Pacific Northwest. That was the first of our many adventures together. Fun fact: she was Ryan's wing woman and made a strong push to bring us together. Our passion for travel, fitness, and a strong margarita keeps this incredible friendship alive.
Groomsman
Sacha has grown into one of my absolute best friends over the past several years. We have total trust in each other, and he’s always there at a moment's notice. He truly cares about Arlet and me, and it has meant the world to have him right there along the way watching us grow together as a couple. Excited to have some British royalty and the world’s best racket sport athlete in the wedding party.
Bridesmaid
This fashionista has been my gal for years. While I can rarely count on her to be anywhere on time, she always shows up exactly when I need her. We have spent years talking about this moment. Keeping a friendship alive from afar isn’t easy, but despite the distance, her loyalty and support have never wavered. We've shared incredible memories, but I know this beautiful day will be one we cherish forever.
Groomsman
I’ve had the privilege of watching Abel grow from a 19-year-old college kid into the 24-year-old man he is today. Over the last five years, I’ve seen him mature tremendously into an incredible person and a truly close friend. I couldn’t be more excited to officially call him my brother-in-law, and I'm honored to have him standing up there with us.

Moving to Tampa meant leaving everything familiar behind, but my anxiety disappeared when I met Flora. We were placed on the same team at work, and within my very first week, she showed me everything Tampa had to offer. Our late nights at the office, love for delicious food, and a good yoga class bonded us forever. Flora was also there the very first time Ryan and I met, and she claims she saw the sparks flying before we even did! She has been cheering us on since day one, and I can't wait to have her by my side as my bridesmaid.
