How did you two meet?

Answer

Like many modern romances, we met on a dating app. Our first date was at a local sports bar and from there we hit things off!

How did Ryan Propose?

Answer

We were on vacation in Oregon when Ryan popped the question. Our Airbnb had a dock on the Umpqua River that I used as the backdrop to our proposal. After a long weekend of exploring Oregon beach towns Ryan asked Alisha to marry him just as they were packed and ready to leave for home.

When was the wedding date?

Answer

We eloped on July 19th, 2025 at Norway Pass, a trail on the Northeast side of Mt. St. Helens.

What's the dress code for the reception event?

Answer

We're aiming for garden-party attire. (Semi-formal with room for creative colors and flowy fabrics). Early September in WA can be warm and the venue will be open air for dinner so be comfortable but we want to see you dolled up and ready to party!

Why did you choose Pursuit Distillery?

Answer

We were looking for a watering hole after a hike in the spring of 2023 and found this new place. We ended up at the table that was near the garage door to be outside with Jake (our dog) and after a flight of amazing cocktails were very impressed. It popped into our heads almost simultaneously as a possible venue when we first started planning so we reached out and here we are!

Speaking of Jake, where is he?

Answer

While Jake has been to the venue before we decided no dogs for the party. Jake is hanging out at the room, comfy-cozy waiting for us to come home and drunk cuddle him.
