We kindly request black tie attire is preferred to honor the elegance of our celebration. While formal evening wear is also welcome, we hope guests will join us in embracing the sophistication and style of a black tie evening.

To help all of our guests fully relax and enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our celebration an adults-only event. Please check your invitation for guidance on who is included. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you!

We kindly ask that guests attend as indicated on their invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special celebration with all of our invited guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and ceremony/ reception?
Answer
Yes! Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. For guests not staying at the hotels, we recommend parking at the designated hotel and taking advantage of our shuttle service. Shuttles will run from 5:30–5:45 PM before the ceremony and again after the reception. Please meet in the hotel lobby to board.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking is available at the venue for both the ceremony and reception. However, we encourage guests to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service from the designated hotel to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP, and we will work with the venue to accommodate your needs. Your safety and enjoyment are very important to us, and we want everyone to have a wonderful dining experience.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We recommend the Westin Stonebriar for your stay. A room block has been reserved for our guests, and you can find booking details and special rates in the “Accommodations” section of our website. We encourage reserving early to ensure availability.
