Shuttle from the Airport to the Resort

Once you book your vacation, you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email or visiting the following site: shuttleservices.vidanta.com. At this site, you will be able to reserve your transportation using your reservation number. Please use 'Jobski' as for the name for the reservations. You can change at after you log in! A confirmation slip will then be emailed to you directly from the transportation company once they’ve reviewed and accepted your request. When You Arrive Transportation to Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is provided by Gapsa Vallarta. When you get through customs at the airport, exit the International Arrivals area. Look for a driver wearing black pants and a tan shirt, carrying a Gapsa Vallarta sign marked with your resort hotel logo. DO NOT STOP and CHAT WITH ANYONE INSIDE THE AIRPORT. MAKE SURE YOU FIND THE CORRECT PERSON OUTSIDE.

Prior your arrival at the USA Airport, please visit this link 1. Enter your Departing Flight Location and Destination Flight Location (PVR) 2. Enter the dates you are flying 3. Select “See Restrictions” and verify if you are vaccinated or unvaccinated 4. Under the “Departure” tab, scroll down to “Forms & Documents” 5. Select “Complete Online” 6. Covid Information

In order to promote safer travel, the US and Canada have issued new regulations requiring a negative test for all returning international travelers. That’s why we’re proud to now offer a simple, safe, and convenient on-resort testing service. When you check in at Vidanta, you will be asked to make your appointment for your Covid Test to return to the USA. There is a fee for the test, the current cost is: $30.00 USD, but is subject to change.
