What Should Be Done BEFORE we get to Mexico?

1. Ensure you have your Passports 2. Plan to bring your Vaccine Cards (if applicable) 3. Book your Airport Shuttle using your room confirmation # 4. Dinner reservations for at least Saturday Night, especially if you have a larger group 5. Book Golf Tee Times using our Spreadsheet, or call for your own!

What does the Vidanta App Help With?

Answer

The Vidanta App will allow you to review restaurants, menus, and events that are happening daily at the resort. Once you download the application, make sure you select Nuevo Vallarta, and you will be able to explore all the free and paid events that are offered every day that we are down there! Check out the tequila tour and meal pairing on the beach-- such a fun and educational experience!

How do we get our Groceries?

Answer

There is a grocery store on site, located at La Plaza. You will be able to go and pick out your food and bring it back to your room or pay extra to have it delivered to your room. If you would like your fridge to be filled upon your arrival, or do not want to waste any time shopping, you can use the Vidanta Application for the Grocery Delivery Service. There is a $45 peso delivery fee, as well as a $300 peso minimum for purchase. At the market, we recommend buying all the groceries you will need to make breakfast or light snacks in your room! There are so many options available to suite all your dietary needs!

Tipping and using Peso's -OR- USD

Answer

-You are able to tip using USD, so do not stress about getting Pesos prior to arriving in Mexico! -When you are on the resort all drinks, meals, snacks, etc. will be charged to your room via your wrist band and room number so you WILL NOT need to carry any cash around the resort with you -When off the resort, most markets will take credit card, USD, or Peso -If you want to get some Pesos to have on hand, WAIT until you are at the resort. The concierge has good exchange rates, but the ATMs at the resort have the best rate for USD to Peso.
