Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, a coach bus will take guests to and from Courtyard Fishkill and Hyatt House Fishkill to The Roundhouse. The bus will leave for the venue around 4:15pm and return to the hotels around 10:45pm. Please note, pick-up and drop-off will only take place at Courtyard Fishkill and Hyatt House Fishkill. If you are staying elsewhere, you’ll need to either make your way to one of these hotels to catch the bus or arrange your own transportation to and from the venue.

Is there transportation available at the after party?

Answer

Yes. For those who wish to stay for the after party, a shuttle service will be available outside of Melzingah Tap House to take you back to wherever it is you are staying at your convenience. The shuttle can begin taking guests at 11pm and the final shuttle will leave at 1:45am.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot on The Roundhouse's property.

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are very conscious of people's differing food needs. You will be able to note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will ensure they are accommodated.

While we love your children, we’re planning an adults-only celebration. We hope you’re able to take the night off to relax and enjoy the festivities with us!
