The health, safety, and comfort of our wedding guests has been, and will remain, a top priority throughout these final days of planning. + We highly, highly recommend being fully vaccinated if attending ++ Everyone, regardless of vaccination status, should be tested for COVID-19 in the 4 days leading up to the wedding. + Anyone with a positive test, regardless of symptoms, should not come to the wedding Tests are available through local pharmacies and healthcare facilities. Many cities/counties are also working with their department of health to provide free Covid testing. For anyone who is unvaccinated: + Basilica of Ste. Anne de Detroit requires a mask be worn while inside - masks will be provided at the church. + Please wear a mask at the reception while inside unless eating or drinking
Yes!! And we recommend using it! Belle Isle technically requires a Recreation Pass as it is a State Park (though you can get on without it). There will be a shuttle leaving from the hotel (Westin Book Cadillac and Hotel Indigo) at 3:00 pm, 3:20 pm, and 3:40 pm to the church. Please be there a few minutes early! The shuttle will then take people from the church to the Belle Isle Casino. There will be shuttles leaving at 5:10 pm and 5:40 pm. A later shuttle will be provided if needed. Lastly, the shuttle will leave the Belle Isle Casino for the hotels at 9:30 and 10 pm!
While we love the kiddos, we want our wedding to be your night off!
Please let Maureen know! Our caterers are willing to make accommodations.
Yes, there are hotel blocks at Hotel Indigo and The Westin Book Cadillac. Say you're with the "Jackowski-Bueckendorf" Wedding.
Semi-formal! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
