When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?
Answer
Black Tie Optional. We love an opportunity to dress up, but recognize that not everyone shares this excitement. Tuxedos and gowns are recommended, but suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome.

May I bring a date?
Answer
We are doing our best to accommodate +1's, however space is limited for this event. If you are hoping to bring a partner (and they were not already included on your invitation), please reach out to us at the email address listed below.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
This is a family event, however there will not be child care provided at the venue. We are limited in our total seating capacity, so if you do plan on bringing kids please include their names and ages in your RSVP so we can ensure they have a seat reserved.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
While we do get almost 300 sunny days a year, the weather can still be unpredictable. It is at the base of the mountains after all! August days tend to be fairly comfortable in the 70's-80's, however it can drop into the 50's at night after the sun sets. Weather permitting our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, and our reception will be partially indoors.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, what options do I have?
Answer
We will have a variety of menu options available, including vegan and gluten free options. Please let us know if you have any additional significant food allergies that we should be aware of.
Question
Is it okay to take pictures during the wedding?
Answer
We would love for you to take photos during the reception! However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. This will be an "unplugged ceremony" as we hope to have everyone present with us instead of watching from behind their screens. We will have wonderful photographers to capture the event and look forward to sharing these photos with you after the wedding.
