Things To Do

Camels Hump

Camels Hump

Huntington, VT 05462

Atop this mountain is where Ruth and Philipp became engaged! If you have are interested in a moderately difficult hike with fantastic views, this mountain stands with great meaning for the marrying couple!

Mount Philo

Mount Philo

Charlotte, VT 05445

For a less intense and time consuming hiking alternative, we recommend Mount Philo! This short hike provides killer views, and there is an option to drive to the top if you prefer. Stop by Filino's Pizza, Fiddlehead Brewery or Shelburne Vineyard for local food and drink on the way back into town.

Church Street

Church Street, Burlington, VT 05401

This area of downtown Burlington is a pedestrian street lined with wonderful shops and restaurants. We recommend a Foerster Family Favorite; American Flatbread! This offers local farm sourced flatbread pizzas and they brew their own beer!

Waterfront

Burlington, VT 05401

The Burlington Waterfront is just a short walk donwhill from Church Street and provides breathtaking views of the New York Mountains across sparkling Lake Champlain! Enjoy a maple creemee (AKA soft serve, but don't let any Vermont natives hear you say that), walk down the bike path or explore the ECCO Lake Center (a kids favorite).

Stowe

Stowe

Stowe, VT 05672

Stowe is the iconic touristy white church Vermont town! We recommend looking for a local hike or walking trail and rewarding yourself with a beer from Von Trapp Family Lodge!
