SHUTTLE

12:45 pm - 2:00 pm

In an effort to make your evening care free, a complimentary shuttle service is being provided from the Burlington area to the venue in Fairfax, VT. Shuttles will leave ON TIME to keep to their schedule. The shuttle will depart from the Delta Hotel in Burlington, VT at the following times: 12:45 PM (arrival to venue @ 1:15) 1:00 PM (arrival to venue @ 1:30) 2:00 PM (arrival to venue @ 2:30) If you are not a guest of this hotel, please do not leave your car on the grounds, but rather seek alternate transportation to the shuttle, such as a taxi or Uber. The seats on the shuttle are not reserved or assigned; there is a capacity of 13 people per ride, so please make plans with flexibility as there is no guarantee of a ride if shuttles fill up. NOTE you do not need to take the shuttle to the reception in order to take the return shuttle back after enjoying the evening (see more information below).

RETURN SHUTTLE

8:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Later in the evening, shuttles back to the Delta Hotel will be provided at the following times: 8:30 PM (arrive to Burlington @ 9:00) 9:30 PM (arrive to Burlington @ 10:00) 10:00 PM (arrive to Burlington @ 10:30) As with the rides from Burlington, the return shuttles are not going to be reserved, so plan your evening with flexibility. We will have a sign-up sheet for shuttles at the venue if you want to guarantee a seat; this is a first come first serve (you do not need to sign up for a shuttle to ride it, but if you have not signed up and it is full, you will not have a guaranteed ride on that shuttle). The DJ will be making announcements to offer reminders for shuttle departures. If you choose to drive to the venue rather than taking the shuttle from town, you can leave your car at the venue overnight. We ask you to come get it from the venue prior to 10:00 AM the morning after the wedding.
