Traveler Information: Verify that the name and date of birth on your passport matches exactly with the name provided for your booking. If there are any mistakes, you must contact Keana to make corrections before July 1, 2026. Any changes made 21 days or less before travel will result in a fee C5 IMMIGRATION FORM: All travellers to Jamaica must complete the online C5 Immigration and Customs Form before arrival. It is free to complete and must be done within 30 days of the trip. You can find the official form at enterjamaica.gov.jm.
