Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child was included on the wedding invitation, they are welcome to come. While we love all of your little ones, we want to have an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home, so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have buses picking up guests at each hotel. Please be downstairs and on the lookout for a bus/trolley (whatever we end up booking) for 5:15pm (depending on what time we finalize the ceremony for). Buses will leave at 5:25 (depending on ceremony as well)

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

There is limited, street parking available. The venue is located about 8 miles south of Oxford, and the path to the venue is long, narrow and windy. Visitors have expressed that the road is very difficult to travel at night, especially if you are not accustomed to driving it. We want all of our guests to be safe and be able to enjoy the evening, so please consider taking the buses provided.

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to email our Wedding Planner (see last FAQ for her information) with any further questions!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:00pm (again, whatever time is finalized).
