The two choices of airports you have are Pensacola International (PNS) and Mobile Regional (MOB) Airports. They're equidistant (both roughly an hour) from Fairhope, AL, where the wedding will take place. Rental cars are available at both airports, but I wouldn't wait until last minute to book one if you're in need, as these airports are small and quickly run out of available vehicles.
Both ceremony and reception will be held at Fairhope Yacht Club. I have attached the address under the "Travel" tab at the top of the page for your quick reference.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm on the south facing lawn of the Fairhope Yacht Club, adjacent to the marina. Seating is not divided between families, so please take a seat wherever you wish.
The ceremony will take place outdoors in September, so we're hoping for great weather. However, this is the South, so it may be scorching hot or rather chilly, if not rainy, at this time. Please check the weather and pack accordingly. Attire is dressy casual. Think, Sunday's best. No jeans, please. Ladies, you may want to wear wedges since the ceremony is outdoors, and the ground loves to eat up stiletto heels.
Cocktail hour, as well as the reception, will immediately follow the ceremony, but will relocate indoors to the main ballroom. We have the venue until 10pm, at which point we will have to move the party elsewhere.
Since the venue has limited parking, the best option will be to drop off any passengers you have in your vehicle at the Fairhope Yacht Club, and then park your car at Fairhope Elementary School, just around the corner. My cousins will be running two vehicles as shuttles to and from the venue to bring you all back and forth.
