Tyler, TX is about a 30 minute drive from the venue. There are lots of options located there for hotels, food, and other activities.
Athens, TX is about a 10 minute drive from the venue. There are also a few hotel options there, but with First Monday, I would still suggest booking ASAP.
Mabank, TX is about a 30 minute drive from the venue. Since it is closer to the lake AND during First Monday, I really think this area will fill up fast.
