What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to assure you do not miss anything. This will allow time to park and find your seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid any shade of white & blush pink. Both ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, tie, and jacket. Ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress.

Catholic weddings come with a little built-in break! After the ceremony, take this time to head back to the hotel, explore Bethlehem, grab a drink, or simply relax. Then meet us at 5PM ready to celebrate, eat, and drink!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you silence and put away all phones and cameras during our wedding ceremony. This is a sacred and meaningful moment for us, and we want everyone to be fully present as we exchange our vows. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos you'd like—and don’t forget to share them with us! Thank you for your love, support, and understanding.

How do I get to the wedding venue after the church? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided from the hotel to the church. Transportation by bus will be provided from the hotel to Green Pond Country Club.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To allow all guests to fully enjoy the celebration, we respectfully request no children!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
