It all started at East Stroudsburg University, where a mutual friend introduced us. From that moment on, everything just clicked. Just a few weeks before my family moved from PA to TN, Jacob met them for the first time (talk about pressure!). Not long after, on May 23, 2018, he officially asked me to be his girlfriend on the Budweiser Rooftop at a Phillies game. Our relationship was put to the test when we spent 9 months doing long distance while Jacob was in Georgia during the pandemic. It wasn't easy, but it certainly made us stronger. In 2021, we started our next chapter together and moved to his hometown, Bethlehem, PA. Then came one of the best surprises of all! The day after I walked for my Masters degree ceremony, while my family was in town, Jacob said we were going to take my family to see the Steel Stacks. Little did i know, it was all a set up - my best friend and future sister in law held the secret for over 2 months! He got down on one knee in front of both of our families and the Steel Stacks and asked me to spend forever with him. We are now counting down the days until we say "I Do" - and can't wait to celebrate with all of you!
