Our second hotel block option is conveniently located about halfway between Dulles International Airport and the wedding venue. Use the booking link below to reserve a discounted room in our wedding block or dial 1-800-HILTONS and mention the Ruoff Snider Wedding Group Block or the unique code RSW to receive the group rate. CUT-OFF DATE: 4/26. There are still rooms available, but no longer at our discounted rate. WEDDING SHUTTLE: Transportation to/from the Salamander Resort & Spa for the wedding ceremony and reception will be provided via shuttle from this hotel. The shuttle will depart from Home2Suites at 4:30pm sharp - please be ready in the lobby at 4:15pm. There will be two return time options for leaving the reception: 10:00pm and 11:00pm. AMENITIES: Includes complimentary breakfast, parking, and shuttle to/from Dulles International Airport. Must call hotel to book the airport shuttle. Airport shuttle is available 6am-2pm Monday-Friday - weekends are by request. If the airport shuttle is not available, hotel will pay for a cab. Check-In: 3:00 p.m.| Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
