During the summer of 2017, Hannah took a leap of faith and moved from Rochester, NY to West Hartford, CT for a new job at Select Physical Therapy. That September, Select began a mentorship program for physical therapists who have recently joined the company. As fate would have it, Kevin sat next to Hannah in one of the few empty seats remaining. Hannah couldn't resist his pick up lines and they went on their first date the following day at a local sports bar. Fast forward through many brewery trips, family dinners, quality time at Chenango Lake and friend gatherings on the front porch to their engagement on Christmas Eve 2019. Christmas Eve has always been a special time for Hannah and Kevin. Between the excitement of Christmas and Kevin strategically misleading Hannah, he knew it would be the perfect surprise. Kevin kept it simple and intimate - he asked Hannah to marry him while he kneeled in front of the living room Christmas tree of their first home together.
