This girl has been my rock for 18 years and I couldn’t imagine doing any of this without her. We met in the fifth grade at Lone Peak Elementary School in Sandy Utah. She was there by my side when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, she was there when I moved to Texas by myself and didn’t have any friends or family close by and she was there when Jordan proposed to me. I don’t know where I would be without her and that’s why she is and will always be my Maid of Honor.
Joe Delao

I have been friends with Joe since high school days. Like myself, Joe is from Alexandria, La. Joe has been one of my best friends no matter where I have lived or how often we talk. He has worked alongside me many times doing concerts, he has flown with me in some different airplanes, and he has stood with me during any other trying times I have gone through. Fun fact, Joe is a licensed minister in the state of Louisiana and has been the officiant at a few of our friends’ weddings. I am honored to have Joe stand with me on my day as my best man!
Rachel Green

Rachel and I met in Texas three years ago as two transplants looking to enjoy all that Dallas had to offer. Our favorite things to do together were going to Rangers games, eating sushi and going out on the town. Rachel has a beautiful personality and is loyal to the core. Despite that she now lives in Florida, I still see her on a regular basis because we each value our friendship and continue to plan trips together. She’s a dear friend of mine and I am thankful to have her be part of this journey.
Westlie Jones

Westlie Jones was one of my first friends when I moved to Dallas in 2013 to continue my pilot training. He was my flight instructor at ATP and even when I finished my training there, we continued to hang out and learn together. He now flies for an American Airlines carrier as captain. Wes and I share a lot of good memories all over the country. Wes is the type of dude who would fly all night across the USA to be with his friend who needed him, I would know because he did that for me in 2016 when I was on a work trip and stuck in the hotel due to kidney stones. What a good man. I am happy to know Wes and have him with me on my big day.
Caroline Su

It’s been almost five years of friendship with this girl and Caroline has always been there for me. Through boosting each other up before taking our licensing exams, to helping me foster kittens in our apartment. She was even there when I came home after my first date with Jordan and wasn’t exactly sure how I felt about him. She has been my travel companion and confidante during my time here in Texas. We have shared many many memories together and I am excited to be sharing this moment with her.
Jacob Newton

Jacob is also from Alexandria, La. I met Jacob in high school when I started driving him and a few other friends home after school. We became friends and continued to stay in touch after high school and during college and through all of our moves and relocations across the country. Jacob just got married last October and I was honored to stand with and support him, and I couldn’t imagine doing this without Jacob by my side.

This girl is a rockstar, she’s always inspiring me to be a better person when she is leading by example with her fitness goals and career changes. You can always count on Ashley to have a good time and be there when you need a friend. We met through the Kappa Delta Alumnae Group here in Dallas several years ago and have gotten closer over time. I had the pleasure of seeing her get married in October of 2017 and catching her bouquet so naturally she had to be part of my wedding party.
Daniel Cox

Daniel and I have been friends since we were children. Our grandparents would hang out with us and we started getting into trouble at a young age. We have continued to do so even after all these years and miles apart. Some memories we have made together are going on a cruise with a group of friends, working production for some big name artists, flying to Denver for a 311 concert at Red Rocks, and many more. Daniel is one good dude and I am happy to have him stand with me.
Jeanmarie Farrell

Jeanmarie has a special place in my heart because she was my first friend in Dallas. We met while working at GFF Architects and instantly hit it off talking about donuts, cats, and being new to the city. We were so closely synced we even wore same colored outfits some days! Jeanmarie has a vibrant personality and a contagious smile. She’s a great friend to have around.
Zach Schmidt

Zach has been with me since pre-k Sunday school at Calvary in Alexandria, La. We have been through many life lessons as friends. I have many fond memories with Zach along the past 27 years or so. Some good and some not so good! Zach is now married and a father to two children, living in Louisiana. One of my memories with Zach is when I first soloed in an airplane on my 16th birthday, he convinced his parents to let him skip school and come support me at the airport. I consider myself blessed to have friends like Zach who have been with me and helped me in some of my biggest endeavors, and now he is with me on my most important day yet.

Cristina I met through Jeanmarie and right away we really appreciated each other’s sense of style and love for music. She is definitely my artsy friend that takes great photographs and has the creative eye to turn anything into a craft project. She’s also a fellow cat lover like me with three beautifully fluffy kitties.
Rich Miller

Rich and I met when I lived in Shreveport, LA in 2009. He was my roommate for 2 years. During those years living together, we shared many life experiences together. Including him finding his love and getting engaged. I was privileged to be in his wedding in south Texas a few years back. During that wedding in South Padre, I rented a small airplane and took Rich and his brother up for a flight on the day of his wedding to help calm his nerves. Rich and I have continued to keep in touch even though we have both moved to different locations in Texas. I am delighted to ask Rich to be with me during this journey.
Tim Matthews

Tim has been with us since the beginning. Tim is a minister to young adults at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. We met Tim at a conference for engaged and seriously dating couples called “Before You Say I Do” in May 2017. We learned so much that weekend about the biblical principles and guidelines for marriage that we enrolled in and still attend a weekly follow up class called “Foundations”, taught by Tim and his wife, Kati and other guest speakers from the church. That class and those people around us have helped us solidify our relationship in biblical guidelines and taught us what it means to have a God-like pre-marriage relationship and how to prepare ourselves for married life. We are honored to have Tim stand with us and marry us in front of our family, friends, and God.
