Charter Buses to The Venue
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm

Please head to the lobby by 3:30 PM and the charter buses will be waiting to bring you to the venue. The charter buses will be departing shortly after and no later than 3:45 PM.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Black-Tie Preferred: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.
Please arrive by 4:15 PM to allow for a prompt ceremony start at 4:30 PM. If you're taking the charter buses from the hotel their arrival ETA is by 4:15 PM or slightly before (depending on traffic).
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please head down to the main entrance area, the charter buses will be waiting to bring guests back to the hotel starting at 10 PM.
