What precautions are being taken given we are in a pandemic?

Answer

While we understand that the decision to be vaccinated for COVID-19 is a personal choice, we are requesting that our guests be vaccinated to ensure the safety of everyone. For those who choose not to be vaccinated, we welcome you to join us for the virtual experience or to provide documentation of a negative COVID test 48-72 hours prior to attending.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. Valet parking is included for our guests.

What is the attire for the ceremony and reception.

Answer

We will be having a formal ceremony and reception. For men that a suit and tie and for women, either an evening gown or formal cocktail-length dress.

Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While we adore your children, we would prefer no kids at the reception - use this night as an excuse to hire a baby sitter and enjoy yourself!

Can I bring a plus one to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know.

Can we use our phones to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. This means we kindly ask that no photographs or videos be taken by guests during the ceremony. We will have professional photographers and videographers ready to capture all of the special moments during the ceremony. We do encourage you to take as many photographs and videos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception! Guests are also welcome to share photos on social media using our hashtag #ruckerforlove
