When and where is the wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 5:30 PM at The Barn at Sycamore Farm in Arrington, TN. The reception will follow at the same location.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, and the reception will take place inside. There will be access to both outdoor and indoor spaces throughout the wedding.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes! The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, both inside and outside.

Will there be transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will run to and from the venue, departing from the AC Marriott. Additional details will be available closer to the wedding.

Can I drive to the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at The Barn at Sycamore Farm. Uber and Lyft are also accessible for those not using the shuttle.

Can we leave our cars parked overnight?
Answer
Unfortunately, parking at the venue overnight is NOT allowed. We will be providing transportation to and from one of the hotels downtown for your convenience.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. If you are interested in hiring a baby sitter our planner would be happy help you with that and you can email her at magnoliaweddingcompany@gmail.com

Plus-ones are by invitation only. If your guest is included, their name will appear on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire! Please dress to impress but keep in mind the weather and the outdoor setting.

Ceremony: 5:30 PM Cocktail Hour: 6:00 PM Reception: 7:00 PM Please arrive a little early so you’re seated before the ceremony begins.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Answer
Yes, we’ve included options for a variety of dietary needs. Please let us know your preference when you RSVP.

What’s the weather like in October in Tennessee?
Answer
Early October in Nashville usually brings mild fall weather, with average highs in the 70s and cooler evenings. The ceremony and parts of the reception may be outdoors, so we recommend a light jacket or wrap just in case.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
We’ve planned for every possibility! In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside the barn. The venue has a beautiful indoor setup and everything will still be magical.
