How is the venue handling COVID-19?

Answer

Here is the response directly from the venue: "We understand how the rising of COVID-19 can bring some concerns, and Pelazzio is staying on top of all of the new regulations issued by the City & State Officials. Be assured that we are doing our part to slow the spread of the virus in our community, as Pelazzio has implemented lots of precautions for events being held at our venue, including: • Sanitize stations as you enter and throughout our ballrooms • Extra Staff during your event for constant sanitation of commonly used areas (eg. restrooms) • All of our staff have been provided KN95 masks, temperature check before each shift. • Places that guests line up have been marked 6 feet apart • Spacing tables 6 ft. apart

How are you, as a couple, addressing COVID-19 at the wedding and reception?

Answer

We want to gather our friends in the safest way possible. To that end, we are requiring guests to wear masks, except when eating and drinking. Upon entering, our greeters will be taking temperatures and offering hand sanitizer. Our hosts and hostesses will be wearing gloves. There will be hand sanitizer at every table. We are having a seated dinner as opposed to a buffet line.

Unfortunately not, we are trying to keep the wedding as small as possible.

Regretfully, no.

How should we interact with the wedding couple while following the venue’s and state guidelines?

Answer

We are so happy you decided to share our special day with us. We would love to greet everyone with a great big hug and kiss. But for now, for everyone’s safety, we encourage you to show love with air hugs, waves, blowing kisses and elbow bumps. Once this difficult period is behind us, we will certainly make it up to you.
