Meet Hudsy!! Hudson will be 7 years old when the big day comes around. To say Hudson has a bit of a crush on Dezarae, would be putting it lightly (haha). And no matter if Dezarae is married or not, and no matter how old you get, you will always have a special place in her heart.

Meet Ammie! Or as everyone calls her momma. Ammie is one of the strongest, determined, kick-butt and ask questions later women you will ever meet. She also has the biggest heart out of anyone we know, she tends to just kind of collect children because everyone she meets, she treats with dignity, respect, and with the love that she would give her own flesh and blood. Meet John! or as we call him, pops. The thing about John is he tells you how it is, he's not one to sugar coat, or beat around the bush. The other thing about John is he is giant goofball. John you are such a wonderful example of being yourself 100% of the time, unapologeticlly, no matter what. Meet Dylan! This gentleman here is great friend we have been missing dearly. Dylan moved away from Mason City, after completing his education at NIACC to finish his college degree and we couldn't be more proud of the man he is becoming, unfortantly we just have to admire him from afar. When we told Dylan that we needed a picture of him for our wedding website he sent us three pictures. One was his mustach imitation of Ed Kepmfer, one was him and Skyler posed; with Dylan having a perfect yellow daisy in the middle of his beard that Skyler picked for him, and the last one was used as his picture. I hope this gives you an idea of this goofy, fun-loving guy that we are so honored to call one of our best friends. We love you man, thanks for being apart of our special day.

Meet Olivia! There is oh, so many stories we could give about Liv, but I think we would run out of text characters (haha). Liv has been by Dezarae's side for the past 8 years and hasn't ran for the hills yet, we're sure she has plently of survival tips to give Skyler. But in all seriousness, Dezarae couldn't be more grateful to have this fierce, intelligent, fun-loving girl in her life. Meet Jacob! Now if there's one person who might appreciate all things nerdy, more than us and Eli, it might be Eli's older brother Jacob, who I think might be influnential in us getting together every other saturday and playing DnD (haha). Jacob, we can't thank you enough for everything that you have done to help us out since we have moved out own place. Being in our shoes, you have a pretty good grasp on adulthood not being as exciting and our younger selves liked to believe. Meet Devon (or Von. Or de von. or de von de var)! Devon, a man of many nicknames, has been one of Skyler's close friends since the moment they met in second grade. As Skyler puts it, he isn't sure when him and Devon really "became" friends, he claims that Devon just started showing up at his house (haha). But in all seriousness, Skyler says that Devon has always been there for him. Whether it's for a good laugh or a shoulder to lean on, Devon has always been there for both the Bride and the Groom. Devon, we couldn't imagine our special day without you. We love you man, thanks for, once again, being here for us.

Meet Johney! John-John and Skyler were fated to be close friends, as little boys who share a backyard are, but unfortunately, when Skyler moved the two drifted apart. Twelve years later when Skyler started his job as a host at Buffalo Wild Wings, the two instantly hit it off. After getting to talking the pair realized each other as there long lost a friend from childhood. Now the two consider each other brother's and we wouldn't have it any other way. The bride and groom were blessed with the opportunity to be apart of Johney and his lovely wife, Joslyn's big day. Now that it's our turn it's obvious that we would need them to be apart of ours. We love you John-John, thank you for being apart of our special day.
Shaelynn Rozen

Meet Shaelynn! Shae will be a full-fledged adult by the big day. Eeek!!!! Just kidding, just kidding. Shae is the oldest of Skyler's four siblings and for the longest time it was Skyler and Shae against the world (expect for when they were looking out each other's window, but you'll have to ask their parents for that story). Just like with Skyler and Dezare, Shae and Dezarae were friends before their was anything romantic between Skyler and Dezarae. But that didn't stop Shae from giving the, "if you hurt my older brother, I will hurt you speech". Which was slightly alarming, but mostly sweet (haha). We love you Shae, thank you for being apart of our special day.

Meet Emily! Not only is Emily one of Dezarae's bridesmaides but they are also cousins. Emily has been Dezarae's partner in crime at all family gatherings, and is always their to pick her up when she is feeling down. Thank you for being the closest thing to a sister Dezarae's ever had. Meet Alex!! Dyaln Hanson and Alex's love developed the same way Skyler and Dezarae's love did, through having a mutrual NIACC class. Just kidding. Just kidding. But we do have Dylan to thank for bringing this wonderful guy into our lives. And just like Dylan we now have to admire his lovely self from afar. Alex also finished his education at NIACC and is now at Iowa State to finish his education and we couldn't be more proud of him. Thank you for coming back to be apart of our special day, we love and miss you man.

Meet Carson! Carcy is the Bride's brother, he'll be 14 years old when the big days comes. Carson came into Dezare's life when she was 8 years old, after begging and begging to have a younger brother or sister, her wish finially came true. When they were finally able to take Carson home Dezarae was so excited and had to be the first one to hold him. Although they fought like...well...siblings, most of the time, Dezarae couldn't imagine her life without Carson. Now they bond over their ridculous love of memes and Carson has recently been teaching her switch blade tricks (Lord help us all). We love you Carson, thank you for being apart of our special day.

Meet Brad! I think everyone would admit that Dezarae was a daddy's girl from a young age. Whether it was catching bugs, or being more interested in playing with worms then actually fishing. Dezarae has never been afraid to get her hands dirty. As she got older, although she never wanted to admit it, Dezarae loved helping her dad mow the lawn, rake leaves, and shovel snow. Although the money incentive was a nice touch, Dezarae always hated to idea of a "Man's task" and a "Women's task" and she always wanted to show that there was nothing a girl couldn't help her daddy with. Dezarae is so grateful for everything that her Dad has taught her to mold her into the woman she is today. We love you, thank you for being apart of our special day.

Meet Cindy! At 4 years old Dezarae was pushing a stroller down the middle of their dead end road when a car came. Cindy hurriedly grabbed Dezarae and pulled her out of the way, when Dezarae yelled "det doe mommy!". From this point on I think Cindy and Brad new that they were going to have their hands full (haha). Dezarae has much to accredit Cindy for, but the one thing that resounds the most is her love for art. Even at a young age, Dezarae could be found coloring with Cindy. As Dezarae got older Cindy allowed her to use her art markets that she used back into her collage days. Cindy always loved to hear about what Dezarae was doing in art class. Thank you for encouraging and supporting Dezarae's gifts and hobbies. We love you and are so glad that you will be apart of our special day.

Meet Joslyn! This fun-loving super mom came into our lives at the perfect and most unexpected time. We first met Joslyn on her wedding day when she married one of Skyler's close, childhood friends. We quickly fell in love with Joslyn's bubbly personality and were instantly friends. Joslyn has continued to support and encouragement us in everything that we do. We love you Joslyn! Meet Anna! This sweet and sassy lady came into our lives thanks to her dashing boyfriend, Dylan. Much to Dezarae's excitement, Anna balanced out the boy to girl ratio on game night ( and by that we mean Dezarae wasn't the only girl anymore) and the two quickly became fast friends. Anna brought some much needed girl time into Dezarae's life as the two grew close in friendship. We are so happy to have Dylan and Anna cheering on our relationship as we cheer on theirs.
