How do I get to the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

All guests are REQUIRED to arrive by shuttle. Shuttle will pick up and drop off at Hotel Corque and The Fess Parker Inn. See pickup schedule below, Hotel Corque: 3:05pm Shuttle Arrives at Hotel 3:20pm Shuttle Departure to Ceremony Site Fess Parker Inn: 3:05pm Shuttle Arrives at Hotel 3:20pm Shuttle Departure to Ceremony Site Buses will take everyone to cocktail hour following the ceremony. If you miss the shuttle or have any questions please text our planner Erika (925) 699-3292. Thank you!

Will there be shuttles to and from downtown Santa Barbara?

Answer

To make the most of our wedding weekend and maximize time together, we strongly encourage all guests to take advantage of our room block or stay within the Santa Ynez Valley. Please note that we are unable to provide additional transportation to and from downtown Santa Barbara. As a reminder, our venue requires all guests to arrive via shuttle, so driving yourself into Santa Ynez for the festivities is not an option. Thank you for planning accordingly—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony and ask our guests to refrain from using electronic devices, such as phones and cameras, during this special moment. Professional photography will be capturing every cherished memory, and we want everyone to fully experience the beauty of the moment without distraction. Your cooperation in honoring this request not only ensures a truly intimate atmosphere but also helps us to optimize our photography expenses.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Roblar Winery, with the cocktail hour and reception to follow at Roblar Farm, located just a few minutes away. Complimentary shuttles will be provided to transport guests from the winery to the farm immediately following the ceremony.

Are there any venue rules I should be aware of?

Answer

We kindly request that our wedding be a smoke and drug free event, in accordance with the rules of our venue. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly request that only those individuals whose names are specifically listed on the invitation join us for our wedding celebration. While we would love to accommodate everyone, space limitations necessitate this request. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing our special day with you.

Can I bring my children to the wedding festivities?

Answer

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only occasion. While we adore your children, we hope for an evening of adult festivities and want to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy themselves.
